Against a backdrop of simmering ethnic and cultural tensions, Caines team probes cases similar to the ones from their Las Vegas counterparts. The pilot episode was first broadcast in United States on May 9, 2002 as an episode of CSI and seven seasons are aired documented in United States. The seventh season is currently being broadcast in the UK and Ireland. The series is produced in partnership aided by the Canadian media company Alliance Atlantis and CBS Television Studios.
