No. 8 Texas, Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge - This is a great spot to hunt waterfowl during the hunting season. The park is home to more than 40,000 snow geese. Located near the greater Houston area, it's a great spot to hunt at in Texas.
No. 9 California, Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge - If you're in California, the Lower Klamath is an ideal spot to hunt waterfowl and pheasant. This refuge annually produces between 30,000 and 60,000 waterfowl. While you're hunting, you'll be able to take in some great sites and possibly see a bald eagle. These are obviously off limits for hunters.
No. 10 Vermont, Missisquoi National Wildlife Refug. - If you're a bird hunter in the Northeast, there's no better place than the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge. This park has more than 6,500 acres. There, you can hunt waterfowl, upland game and deer. It's a great place to take family and friends on a hunting trip.
